Mr. Masciola also has extensive experience in the private sector practice as a civilian trial lawyer since 1995. He has served as the President of the prestigious Judge Advocates Military Bar Association (JAA), and is a former Chair of the Federal Tort and Military Advocacy Section of the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA). The business contacts made from leading both these organizations provide him the resources necessary to negotiate substantial settlements with each of the military service branches, with U.S. Attorneys Offices and with the Department of Justice.
Mr. Masciola brings unique experience and perspective to his clients that set him apart from other lawyers.
